Summary
The second version of the sprite for the "Military PDA", which is actually a PDA for nukies and other members of the Syndicate. This specific sprite is for when it has no ID inserted. (Note this predates inserting pens and such into PDAs.)
This item has since been resprited. The next version of this sprite is at File:MilitaryPDAV3.png.
New sprite by Jinnerotto, which makes it look more "shiny and cool". There's less red than before, but the new darker shades help make it look more sinister.
