Summary
The item sprite for the black version of the lawyer suit, simply called "lawyer's suit" in-game. It's black, because this is what you would see if you looked into a lawyer's soul. And their soles as well, given a lot of them wear black dress shoes.
New sprite by Flaborized. Lawyer suits got new worn sprites during the 2021 human resprite, so it follows that the inventory sprites should be updated as well. It now uses a different shade of black that's closer to grey and has a different design, but the overall design is still the same. Even the thing on the lapel (I presume it's a lapel at least) is still the same color as the buttons.
