Summary
The item sprite for the "inspector's short coat" clothing item, open/unbuttoned. This is actually an alt skin for the Detective rather than something the actual Inspector job uses. You know, isn't it kinda weird that you can turn a long coat into a short coat? Where did the extra fabric go?
New sprite by DimWhat. Looks pretty similar to the old one, down to the lack of a collar, but it has a stylish blue-black color scheme that's not only more in-line with modern color palettes, but also looks pretty dang cool--noir, if you will. We also have a bit more shading on the lower half of the coat.
