Summary
The item sprite for the "inspector's short coat" clothing item, closed/buttoned up. This is actually an alt skin for the Detective rather than something the actual Inspector job uses. The actual Inspector just gets a long coat, which as the Matrix shows, is definitely cooler than a short coat.
New sprite by DimWhat. Looks fairly similar to the old one, but now we have a cool blue-black theme that not only looks stylish but is also more in-line with the modern color palette. Plus, it does a better job of conveying the contours of the clothes.
