Summary
The sprite for the huge "Hadar heavy power-sword" used by the Nuclear Operative Knight loadout. It gains power with each hit, can switch between a stab and a sweep special, and most importantly looks frigging huge. This is specifically the sprite for when the sword is in stab mode, which has extra range, and when the sword is in the "low" mode and has less than 50% of its maximum potential damage (so sort of the default state).
64x32 means the file's 64 pixels wide by 32 tall. This might look a little weird next to smaller sprites.
New sprite by MylieDaniels. This gives the stab mode a much more distinct look, to differentiate it from the swipe mode, and improves the general visuals, so this iconic weapon can really shine.
