While the original guide wizard's mid-back curl is still poofy as ever after the resprite, the Wizard beard now no longer covers the mouth, so an alternative design had to be pursued to maintain the "big beard that almost covers the mouth" stats. I think I've struck a good balance with Long Beard and Bobcut (seriously I went through so many combinations it was agony).

64x66 means it's 64 pixels wide by 66 tall. Length by width, you know. This format is usually used for character sprites, which are used on job pages and such, so this is probably intended for that.
