Summary
This is the item/inventory sprite for an energy gun junior on the diffuse laser setting, which is basically the "kill" mode. As the charge indicator shows, this has full battery.
Sprite by cogwerks, though Flaborized later revamped how these things show charge and mode. That didn't change the fully charged sprite, but that did mean the charge level goes up and down rather than left and right.
