Summary
The item sprite for the atmospheric technician's jumpsuit, a jumpsuit worn by atmos techs back in the day. As the description says, it's 4% cotton, 96% burn marks...which, if you take it at face value, means it was originally all blue but got a whole bunch of yellow burn marks.
New sprite by Flaborized. The overall design is the same; it's still a yellow jumpsuit with blue stripes and nametag. But now it has a different shape and more shading, which, together better convey a sense of 3D depth.
