Summary
It's the item sprite for the 9mm frangible magazine, an unusual type of pistol ammo that's curiously designed to be less-than-lethal. Variously called the Clock magazine, the 9mm NATO magazine, and variations thereof. Notice how it looks like the other pistol mags, but it's darker to better differentiate it from magazines for other guns.
Sprite by MitchSmith. This thing has a weird history. 9mm frangible mags previously used File:22MagazineV2.png, which was itself originally used for mags for the silenced .22 pistol. Then .22 mags got a new sprite, but the old sprite, which was called pistol_clip in the code, was repurposed for the Clock magazines. Then pistol_clip got changed, so this is kinda a resprite?
