Is there any clear guidance in terms of where the NTSO would go in the chain of command? If we assume they have similar duties to the HoS, are they an acting HoS that answers to a real HoS, or above the HoS (they are from Nanotrasen, after all). --Richie2154 (talk) 06:26, 30 October 2019 (GMT)
