Completely overhauled the article - some of this stuff was ancient and probably hasn't been updated in at least two years. I checked almost all of the listed recipes, fixed errors and added lots of new ones, including for the microwave. At the time of writing, everything should be correct...will still be on the lookout for oversights though. --Convair880 (talk) 16:59, 5 June 2013 (UTC)
