Mentorhelp is a way for new players to ask experienced players questions about game mechanics, round spoiling, or antagonist related questions. Mentors are a combination of people who either got approved for Head of Security, or people who proved themselves competent enough not to use any information they may get through mentorhelp.

What can i ask about?

You can ask about anything from how to cast a spell/how to absorb people as a changeling to how you inject a patient with life-saving drugs. Or from setting up the singularity to releasing it.

(i do not guarantee that you wont get banned for doing it without being an antagonist, like traitor or wizard etc.)

What can't i ask about?

"Please make me a Alien/Monkey/Traitor/Wizard/AI/Borg" Etc. we are not admins. We do not get any special abilities for doing this. It's basically slavery!

also asking for things like how to make a bomb / chemistry recipes may or may not be answered. because figuring out these things yourself is alot more fun than asking a person over the internet about it, plus it can get a little complicated to try and guide people through the process of making a bomb. so go ask your fellow scientist instead! they will without doubt help you, or kill you.

What do these Mentor people see?

What mentors see is dependent on weather or not the mentor is dead or alive. (Yes even people who know litterly everything about this game can die)

if the mentor is alive, it will only show up as "Anonymous"

MENTORHELP: Anonymous: I really enjoy bacon and eggs, what about you guys?

but if the mentor is dead, it will show both your name and BYOND key

this is because we at Nanotrasen value your antagonist round so much, that we feel it is required to hide your identity to those griefing motherfuckers known as HoS's

What do mentors get in return for helping people?

A secret knife crafted by skilled craftsmen from a land far far away. it is said to be able to instantly gib anyone it touches, and only visible to mentors. this however has never been confirmed
