It also has 4 extra hydroponic trays so non-botanists can have a place to grow weed and explosive tomatoes. Unfortunately, it also has a security checkpoint to discourage people from doing exactly that.

Its air vent is connection to the pipe system inside the Portside Emergency Air Hookup, located just south of the Owlery..
The APC for this room is located in a maintenance corridor just southwest of the hallway.
The power is supplied via a cable in that same corridor.
