Okay so you want to delete Internet explorer's cache but can't actually find it because Windows defaults to opening edge. Here's a quick (and fairly basic guide for now) on what you're looking for.

Route A

Nice and simple, will work on some older version of windows: Just go find it here (or in your appropriately lettered root drive of choice, which by default is C:

Click "iexplore" click tools -> Internet options -> Browsing history and delete away.

Route B

Is Edge refusing to let you run IE? You can change the default opening program but it's actually simple enough to remove your IE-specific cache this way: Go find IExplore like above, and when it opens the Edge browser click on the highlighted steps to delete your IE cache rather than Edge's one:

How do I know it worked?

The simplest way is if well, "things are working" but if you want to be certain you got rid of the cache properly, Put in a string of text in your "Highlight string" options in the game client, anything will do like "test". Take the steps above and come back and open those options again: if it's empty, that means it worked.
