The item sprite for the Puffy Chef's Hat. The hat itself is puffy. Not the chef.

Sprite by jan.antilles. This is kinda of an interesting case, because of how it came about. The standard chef's hat got a new item sprite. Then it got new mob/worn sprites, and the Puffy Chef's Hat was added because a developer wanted to keep the old mob sprites. But instead of reusing the previous item sprite for the chef's hat, it uses a new one, making it a new item sprite that uses old mob sprites. Interesting mix of old and new.
