A screenshot of the infamous Monsieur Stirstir, an NPC monkey that inhabits the Brig. Do not confuse with his, ahem, colleague, Colonel Shakeshake. Stirstir knows way more secrets.
32x32 means it's 32 pixels wide by 32 pixels tall. Normally, character sprites are 64x64, but there's an exception here since it's just an NPC rather than a player.
This is an alternate version of File:MonsieurStirstirV2-32x32.png, where the sprite itself is a few pixels above the bottom of the image instead of touching the bottom.
New sprite since monkeys (and most worn sprites for clothing) got a huge resprite. Stirstir still looks same as ever though.
