The old ability icon for the Grinch ability Activate cloak. It makes the Grinch partially invisible if they stand still for a while, see, so that's why the Grinch is half-transparent. Or maybe this is the Grinch equivalent of Two-Face or something. A cousin of Two-Face, maybe.
64x64 means it's 64 pixels wide by 64 pixels tall. The game stores these icons as 32x32, but this has been enlarged for finer detail.
New sprite by ThatFancyGent. Mostly a general update to the overall art style, including things like palette and such. We've lost the little Santa hat, but everything is a lot more detailed.
