MechComp (WIP)

In your lab of secrets you have some neat components found in the MechComp dispenser, which can be used for wonderful useful things.

What do I have?

A lot of different things.

Inputs

Machinery meant to send a signal to other machinery.

Item Image Description
Button
FILE NEEDED
Used to send a signal V.I.A. pressing the button
Pressure Pad
FILE NEEDED
Used to send a signal V.I.A. stepping on it
Doors
File:Airlock.png
Yes, doors can be used to send signals to machinery too

Wiring

Wiring used to make more complicated machines.

Item Image Description
Relay Circut
FILE NEEDED
Used to send a signal between a non-MechComp machine, and another non-MechComp machine (ex: Doors)
AND Circut

Delay Circut
FILE NEEDED
Used to delay a signal sent to it by tenths of a second (eg. A signal is sent to it, it delays by how many tenths of a second you want it to, then it sends a signal to whatever you want it sent to). You can set the delay by right clicking on the square and under "Delay Circut" there will be an option saying "[Set Delay]"

Machines

Actual machinery dispensed by MechComp.

Item Image Description
Graviton Accelerator
FILE NEEDED
The Holy Grail of MechComp, used to send any unbolted item (or person) flying away in a fixed direction until it/he/she collides with something
Sound Synthesizer
FILE NEEDED
Used to produce any talk you would like it to say. Change the text by changing the output signal of the thing triggering it. Currently doesn't work with doors
Gun Component

How do I make machines?

Put parts in the places you want, use the wrench on them to bolt them to the floor (use it again to unbolt them if you wish).

Then, link parts together by dragging parts to other parts with your mouse, it will ask you what you want the first item (the item you dragged to the other item) to be, the trigger or the receiver. Select trigger to make the first part trigger the other part, or receiver to make the first part receive the signal from the other part.

Then, it will ask what you want it to do. No matter if you selected the trigger first the or receiver first, it will always be in the context of "What do you want the trigger to do to the receiver?", mostly it will only be able to do stuff like "activate", but there are some exceptions.
