<p> Hi! You found my page, somehow. I test my code here… What else do I say?</p>
Heya, don't know how you got here. If you need something done, don't be afraid to message me (powerfulxtian), I check my DMs often!

Even if you don't want to use the Hydra then, other pistols such as the Predator Revolver can be preaimed before you pop out of your cloak.
I edit the wiki, here's the kicker. I refuse to code dive. Most of my edits are off of pure game experience. Hope y'all enjoy what I do!
Don't forget! You have the Light Breaker to break the lights around you!

Man vs Machine
Every now and then you may encounter a bad guy in a pod that is attacking the station and you do not have a pod readily available to go out and fight the pod. You mainly have two options, fight or flight.

Fleeing from a pod has a different difficulty depending on how good the pilot is and what weapon they are using. But you should prioritize getting cover, lasers (also what most pod weapons use) travel through windows, making them useless for cover. So you may want to duck behind a wall or a locker, as even the weakest laser could turn out deadly. Though do not mistake the pod weapons being overpowered, as you can take a few shots before going into critical. Trying to find a room with no windows or enough distance from space that the pod cannot see you anymore should be your priority if you intend to run away from a pod. Being in space unarmed and against a pod is a bad idea, as it leaves you very vulnerable to being shot while giving the pod free room to move anywhere it pleases, in addition to the pod being able to ram into you for BRUTE damage. If you have floor tiles, you can place them on space tiles to prevent passage through that tile, essentially locking down an area given enough time as pods can only travel through floor tiles that have been reinforced.

On the other hand, if you want to fight a pod and are decently equipped, it is very possible to take them down. Unlike humans, pods take damage from tasers. This makes them incredibly useful for fighting a pod, in fact they even set the pod's wormhole function into cooldown, limiting their ability to escape. Using the aforementioned floor tiles to trap pods makes them incredibly vulnerable to hit. In addition, pods can shoot only North, South, West, and East, while you have the entire 360 suite, you can abuse this by staying in a diagonal direction from the pod, allowing you to shoot the pod as much as you desire, just make sure it doesn't ram you though. If you manage to get your hands on pod seeking shells, they are extremely effective at destroying pods, as the name implies, pod seeking shells will follow pods and on impact will explode, dealing great damage to the pod. Just make sure you got the right gun. Although a bad idea, sometimes you may even be able to get a few melee hits in. Melee attacks stun the pod's occupants, including the pilot. But you may be better off using ranged weapons as it leaves you vulnerable to pod lasers while rushing with your melee weapon.

It should be noted though that pods have an advantage as well, as pod versions of handheld weapons actually travel faster and have more range than their handheld counterparts.

Upon a pod's defeat, the pilot only has a few seconds before the engine explodes while in the pod! Dealing massive amounts BURN damage to the pod driver and occupants and making the pod a useless hunk of metal. When the pod starts flaming, you know the pod's demise is near. Once you forced all the occupants out, you know how to deal with them, right?
