Grief or Gameplay?

As a security officer it is your job to subdue those that violate a vague set of rules, this is what makes your job so tough, knowing when to adminhelp or not can make or break a security player.

Before we go on you must understand the fundamentals of a security position,

* Villainous acts aren't only for syndicate roles, station crew (excluding the HoS, security, and the detective) are not necessarily 'griefing' (more on this word later) if they steal, fight, or even kill.
* Be relaxed, enjoy game-play and don't make mountains out of mole-hills, fighting and dying is bread and butter game-play on the station.
* This is a game, you play it to have fun, making the game a deadlock and being strict is NOT fun for anyone, do not do it!

So what is griefing exactly?

With that out of the way we can continue with the passage, for starters, forget about every preconceived notion you have of or related to the word grief, many new security players are under the impression that anyone that commits any sort of mildly aggressive act on another station member that isn't a traitor is a griefing cunt, this is not always true and you as a new player should not by any means try and decide this on their own, ask a mentor or experienced player what they think, security or not.
