The rules page seems to need a clean-up. Obviously this is one of the most important pages in the wiki, so it can't have any important content cut out. It's a god damn mess, alright. An unreadable, poorly-formatted abomination. I could try to implement some improvements after I'm done with the backlog of my projects, but I honestly wouldn't feel comfortable doing so. Page clean-up
