About the RP bit: In the normal rules, you can use all the info you gain as a ghost in-game when you're cloned. On Goon RP #1, Azungar said that an admin said that "information that you see and gain in ghost chat, is OOC and ghost chat is to be considered OOC area. Information that you gain if you are cloned, is up to the player if they want to remember everything or not." So you can remember the OOC stuff? I'm not going to change the wiki though, because I presume you got that "no remembering" part from Firebarrage or somebody, and it's all a contradictory mess.
