Was going to make an edit after reading up the thread discussion but didn't want to just incase I was wrong - Currently an ion storm edits the AI laws, but as far as I know reseting it does absolutely nothing, as it the ion storm does not add an additional law but changes the base laws 1-3. This means you have to add an ad hoc freeform to make it is somewhat similar to it's base 3 laws.. but that's another story altogether.
