What is this huge bulky thing? An arc welder? Does it... oh, it's not plugged in yet.
Ostensibly meant to turn raw ores into weird, fancy alloys, but nothing about the system is actually done yet. It's located between the engine cold loop room and the cargo bay airlock, if you want to ogle the unfinished construction work or throw back a Space Beer unmolested.
