The computer core is accessible by airbridge from near the Arrival Shuttle. To get at the AI or its upload computer, though, you'll have to either break through thick walls lined with motion detectors, or brave its stun turrets. Have fun!
The door to the south leads to the Science Mainframe and more damn turrets.
