Waste Disposal (usually referred to as just Disposals) is located in the maintenance tunnels south of the chapel. It's where all of the junk that gets tossed down disposal chutes goes. Garbage lands on the conveyor belt and is carried in to the crusher unit and then shot out in to space. Anything that passes through the crusher unit will be ground in to a pile of useless scrap, this includes people.
Pressing the button near the airlock will open or close the doors guarding the crusher unit. The lever controls if the conveyor belt is turned off, moving forward, or moving backward.
If you're looking for random and sometimes even unusual items (like traitor items!), start sifting through trash as it comes down and you may just be in luck. Although chances are you'll just find a lot of paper, a dead body and the occasional living person!
