Non-GPTIO Commands

• info [device]: gets info from [device] (how is info different from reading hngggg
• xray N: sets radstrength to n
• temp N: Sets temptarget to N
• elec V W: Sets voltage to V and wattage to W. Sets only voltage if one argument is given.
• pitcher N: Sets pitcher power to N
• stand [0/1]: Sets the impactpad stand to off/on
