A Nuclear Operative equipped with gear from the Field Medic crate, formerly known as the Combat Medic crate, carrying a decidedly cluttered inventory and wielding the power of electricity in one hand and the power of the Juggernaut in another.
What changed? Medic no longer gets a syringe gun, so it no longer makes sense to depict them as holding one. Instead, here's one wielding a defib and a Juggernaut injector.
