On the rare occasion that someone works here, the barbershop (technically named The Snip) is where you go to improve your hairstyle after terrible accidents mess up your do. The place stocks dyes, razor blades, hair-growing chemicals of questionable authenticity, and scissors.

The Barbershop, officially known as The Snip, is tiny room near the Cafeteria where the Barber gives funky afros and unrealistically-colored cartoon hair. Or would do, if he had any customers. He'd love to get some, even if they're not exactly there by their own will. Since he doesn't though, he usually just practices his barbershop singlet routine or feeds the birds in the Owlery right out the door.

While the Chef doesn't work at the Chefshop, and the Merchant doesn't work at the Merchantshop, the Barber does work at the Barbershop, specifically this one near Crew Quarters, which the Barber calls The Snip. The Barber practices the fine art of toupepiary here, delicately shaping each person's hair into an obnoxious afro, which they then dye into a fine hue of outrageous pink and cut off to donate to those poorer and more deserving of such fine follicles.
Or at least that's what they would do. In reality, very few people even need a haircut, much less need to come here, so instead the Barber just chills in their little secret hideout that behind that false wall in the white tile room, fiddling with the doohickeys he stole from the chapel.

The Barbershop, officially know as The Snip is an absolutely tiny alcove above the Bar that houses the station's local Barber. It gets even less business than the ones in space do, but, surprisingly, the Barber doesn't mind one bit. They've been having loads of fun snipping the planet's seaweed and coral life, and as far as they're concerned, getting actual customers, no matter how unwilling, is just another cherry on top of sugar sweet life under the sea.
You can join them too, if you want, or even fill in for them while they're gone. It's easy! All you need are the right tools in the right places, and you'll be well on your way to filling the station with rainbow afros and Snidely-Whiplash-style 'staches.

This absolute disaster area is the remains of the Barbershop, hanging off the maintenance area below the Courtroom like a parasite. While there's a few useful items here, such as a mechanical toolbox, a first-aid kit, and an emergency hood & suit set, most of the stuff here is actual garbage that's more than likely bad for your health, such as the hobowines, designer ???-pill bottles with random contents, the neckbeard fedora, and, most especially, the clown mask.
On the bright side, theoretically, you could clean up this place and re-establish it as an actual barbershop. All the required machinery is still there. While you'd probably not get many customers, if at all, you'd at least give a nice change of scenery for those looking for this area's ChemDepot ands its expensive chem offerings.
