| Features a general population cell and is home to the [[Security Objects#Segway|segways]]. Prisoners can be flushed into the cell through a disposal unit, then let out automatically once they have served their sentence. The cell contains several luxurious amenities and is connected to a visitor's area as well to hopefully keep your prisoners from climbing up the walls and smashing through windows with their shoes. The worst cases get a solitary cell just north of this one, with less amenities.

| Contains four lockers of riot equipment ([[Security Objects#Riot Shotgun|shotguns]], [[Security Objects#Flashbang|flashbangs]], [[Security Objects#Bomb Disposal Suit|EOD suits]]), a canister of N2O along with internals, several [[Space Pod#Linked Laser Array|laser arrays]], [[Construction#Electric Chair|electropacks]] and [[Medical Objects#Blood Bag|IV drips]] for executions, and other miscellaneous supplies. Also features a backup communications console. While anybody can made their way past the doors, generally only an [[Syndicate Items#EMAG|EMAG]] or the [[Head of Security|HoS]] himself can open the lockers.
