This is one of example of what the RD looks like after the human resprite of April 20th, 2021. Funny thing, this version is of Dr. Floorpills (provided by the man himself) and the previous time there was a character sprite that had Dr. Floorpills, it was a Staff Assistant. So I suppose he got a promotion to RD.
64x70 means it's 64 pixels wide by 70 tall. Length by width, that's how it's formatted. This is a character sprite, but it's got an unusual format that strays from the typical 64x66 because it's got one of those BEEG hairstyles that prompted a push to 32x48 to accomnodate it.
