Summary
It's the sprite for the Research Apparel vendor. You know how people selling fake medicines or whatever will put on a labcoat to make them look legitimate? This basically lets you do that, since it has a bunch of clothing Scientists wear.
Heads up, this is 32 pixels wide by 42 pixels tall. This is the standard vending machine size, so it looks fine next to other vendors, but it might look weird if you upscale it or put it next to 32x32 sprites.
