It's the sprite for the botanist's PDA, the one what starts with a plant analyzer app. But not a lighter.
32x32 means it's 32 pixels tall by 32 pixels wide. Good in a bullet list, especially with other 32x32 sprites.
Sprite is Jinnerotto. We've basically moved onto 3/4 view from head-on now, and the base sprite has changed too: the ridges moved to the left, the right and left also both have little dips, an extra smaller, antenna and a few bumps in the bottom right were added, and the three line-shaped buttons became two of them and a plus-shaped pad. The Botanist PDA specifically is now in a more natural-looking grassy-green rather than neon green.
