Summary
This is the inventory icon for a leaf of black/death weed, which in-game is just labeled "cannabis leaf". Smoking kills, especially if you're smoking this plant, which contains cyanide.
New sprite by Shiiba. Since regular cannabis got resprited, this one had to be changed too. Still more like dark grey than pitch black, but it's still darker than the palette of the previous sprite.
